Quality Assurance Analyst

Quezon City Full time

Key Accountabilities:

  • Perform responsibilities related to Disbursements Processing Operations and other assigned duties.
  • Participate in department staff meetings to discuss processing issues and identify clarification measures.
  • Engage in meetings, focus groups, and discussions with internal and external business units to ensure processes are accurately documented and quality checked.
  • Complete departmental tasks as assigned by the team leader.
  • Collaborate with the team leader to develop team and Business Unit-wide process improvement initiatives and contests.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one year of tenure at the current level.
  • Must demonstrate good and consistent performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must meet work expectations and adapt to changes in task queues throughout the day.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Data Analysis and Research: Ability to locate and gather relevant information, analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Administrative: Proficient in validating data, checking and comparing information, and entering pertinent data into systems.
  • Documentation: Capable of providing clear and concise comments to convey history and instructions.

Minimum Skills:

  • Good understanding of the team's products.
  • Basic operational knowledge of the team's tools and systems.
  • Basic working knowledge of the team's processes.
