About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance Agent to join our Catalog team. The QA Agent will be responsible for reviewing and validating all product catalog entries on the Saturn platform, ensuring that every detail adheres strictly to our internal guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and credibility of our catalog data, directly impacting customer experience and operational efficiency

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough quality checks on catalog entries created/updated in Saturn.
• Verify accuracy of product details (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, pricing, specifications, etc.) against catalog guidelines and standards.
• Ensure all catalog submissions comply with formatting, categorization, and SEO requirements.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations, and provide clear feedback to catalog associates for correction.
• Maintain documentation of errors, audit findings, and compliance reports for internal tracking.
• Collaborate with catalog team members, trainers, and supervisors to resolve recurring issues and improve guidelines.
• Suggest improvements in catalog processes, tools, and QA checklists to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Escalate systemic or critical catalog issues to the Quality Lead / Manager.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of data accuracy and customer-facing catalog excellence.
