Position: QC Analyst

Reporting to: Manager Chemical
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division - Operation
Location: Karachi - Landhi Plant
Job Summary:
Support the Manager Chemical by conducting all tests for conventional groups, new products, in-process products, and finished products on stability, as well as projects related to manufacturing. To assist Manager Chemical to support EHS Activities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support section in charge for product releases, review Analytical Data on StarLims and manual data
- Assist Manager Chemical for all the activities taking place in FG, RM, TMV & stability section
- Provide timely assistance to Manager Chemical in testing of all routine, Hold Time Study samples, stability products and validation samples
- Support Manager Chemical to support EHS Activities
- Assist Manager Chemical for all the activities taking place in respective section including SOP writing / QRA / CCP and TMV Protocols of related tasks
- Responsible to review Daily Balance Standardizations / pH meter Standardization in QC Lab with documentation
- Perform testing of Test Method Validation / Process Validation samples, fall in Conventional section
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Science Graduate/Master; preferably Chemist/Pharm D
- 1-2 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Knowledge of technical problem resolution
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical Skills
