We’re looking for a passionate and experienced People eXperience (PX) Partner to partner with our Operations department. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the trusted advisor to our local leaders, the voice of our people, and the bridge between global PX strategy and local execution.

Approximately 160 employees work in the Operations department which includes Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Sourcing and Purchasing as well as Logistics. The PX Partner serves as the "go-to" face of PX to employees and managers within Operations and acts as the primary liaison and single point of contact to other key PX functions, including our global Centers of Experience in areas like People Systems, People Enablement, Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, and People Operations.

You’ll lead the local implementation of our global People processes, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of our Swedish organization. This includes everything from talent management and performance development to employee engagement and organizational culture.

You bring deep knowledge of local labor laws, a proven track record in employee relations, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the business. You’re resilient, self-aware, and act with integrity.

  • You will drive strategic PX initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture. Collaborate and facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives;

  • You will advise and assist managers in processes such as performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Academic degree within the HR area (BSc level);

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in increasingly more responsible HR partnership roles;
