Job Description:
Your Role
Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).Benefit Summary
