We are looking for a Workday Specialist & Training Expert

As a Workday Specialist & Training Expert, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of Workday Core HR processes and supporting the transition to new HR operating models. You’ll lead the design and delivery of training programs, develop knowledge transfer strategies, and create SOP-aligned toolkits that embed learning across global HR delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Knowledge Transfer and Training Strategy for Workday Core HR processes
Design and deliver Workday training sessions (e.g., hire, job change, termination) to local HR delivery teams
Create and maintain training materials, including quick reference guides, SOP-aligned toolkits, FAQs, and service rehearsal scripts
Ensure training content aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supports consistent process execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the transition and integration of new HR processes, providing ongoing guidance and support
Lead the development of service catalogues
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback and evolving business needs
Act as a Workday subject matter expert, supporting HR teams with system navigation, troubleshooting, and best practices
Maintain documentation and version control for all training assets and SOPs
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR services and shared services center operations
Proven track record in HR process design, transition, and training delivery
Deep expertise in Workday Core HR transactions and functionality.
Strong experience in creating SOPs, quick reference guides, and training toolkits
Familiarity with service catalogue design and HR operating model transitions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong project management and change management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, global environment
