Join our HR team in Costa Rica as a People Services Operations Analyst Jr and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our people services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and impactful solutions that support the employee experience. What you’ll do

  • This role will give you the opportunity to lead key activities that accelerate your development and contribute to the success of the People Services team. Core responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely delivery of people services.

  • Partner with the operations team to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding and related processes).

  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Support and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Desirable)

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and Workday. (Desirable)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
