Airbus is seeking motivated, fresh graduate talent to join a specific department for a 10-month Protégé Program. This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government. Key Responsibilities for Protege - Material Supply & Logistics

  • Conduct receiving of the parts delivered to warehouse

  • Quality check on serviceable parts

  • Carry out receiving inspection in accordance with company procedures and airworthiness requirements

  • Update SAP system and electronic records upon successful receipt of materials and issuance parts to internal/external customer

  • Ensure items are properly wrapped, packaged, boxed, tagged etc. as appropriate and ESDS items are handled with necessary precaution

  • Ensure storage of serviceable parts/components is adequately protected against the environment in a secured and clean area.

  • Raise Discrepancy Report on discrepant parts and unapproved parts and follow up discrepant parts with Material Support team
