WinnCompanies is seeking a Property Manager II to join our team and oversee three affordable communities: Loma Linda Commons, Loma Linda Terrace, and Poplar Street Apartments, totaling 214 units in Loma Linda, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, marketing, and maintaining the communities while ensuring financial objectives are met and all regulatory and compliance requirements are followed.
The position offers a salary range of $63,369.44 to $72,263.41, depending on experience. The final offer will be based on responsibilities, scope, geographic location, relevant experience, and other applicable factors. The regular work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
