Job Description Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Management Executive to support daily mall operations for a new retail project in East Jakarta. This entry-level role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects of mall management — from tenant relations, marketing, and administration to engineering coordination, facility upkeep, and safety management.

About the Role:

  • Support the Property Manager in day-to-day mall operations, including tenant relations, administration, and engineering coordination.

  • Assist in monitoring building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, safety equipment) and report maintenance issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and cleaning/security teams to ensure operational readiness.

  • Help plan mall events, marketing promotions, and community engagement activities to drive foot traffic.

  • Prepare daily reports, maintenance logs, and assist in billing, budget tracking, and vendor documentation.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in property, retail, or facility management.

  • Strong interest in both commercial operations and technical aspects of building management.

  • Organized, service-minded, and able to multitask in a fast-paced mall environment.

  • Comfortable supporting mall operations and activities that may occasionally take place outside regular office hours.
