Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Trainee to join our Projects in Marketing Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while contributing to high-impact initiatives. The role is ideal for early talent looking to build a strong foundation in marketing department
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the project management of launches of the brands, driving them end-to end. Analyze data and derive insights that informs brand decisions, potential market opportunities and gaps. Work with the creative team to develop marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Managing on-ground activations, from agency coordination to ensuring optimal results on ground. Assist in the Brand Ambassador Program Manage day-to-day operational tasks
Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
0 - 1 Years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to the brand strategy.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
