Within KTI, our Innovation Unit is a dynamic, cross-functional team driven by curiosity and a passion for experimentation. We deliver impactful solutions at the intersection of people, technology, and business—solutions that matter today and shape tomorrow.

We are now looking for a Project Specialist, Innovation Execution to join our team. This role is your gateway to leading digital innovation projects that make a real difference across Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APM).

What You’ll Do

Lead innovation projects from opportunity discovery to concept validation and scale-up readiness.
Drive initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI and climate tech, ensuring alignment with KONE’s innovation strategy.
Apply agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results with speed.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to secure buy-in and shared ownership.
Engage external ecosystems—from global tech providers to startups—bringing cutting-edge solutions into KONE through approaches like venture client partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

Experience or recent studies in innovation project management, ideally in digital transformation, process innovation, or AI-related areas.
Proven ability to turn ideas into reality within a structured innovation framework.
Familiarity with external innovation networks, including startups and technology partners.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills to lead diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills in English.
A degree in Engineering, Business, Design, or a related field—combining technical and business understanding is a plus.
Willingness to travel and engage with diverse markets and customers.
