The Project Manager will plan, monitor and manage internal non-technical projects from initiation through completion. They will leads or coordinate project planning, resourcing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting and troubleshoot. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost and monitors performance, recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.

What we are we looking for:  

Responsibilities include;

  • Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within scope.

  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution and post-implementation review.

  • Monitoring project risks, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks across jurisdictions.

  • Driving digital transformation and IT modernization efforts, leveraging the latest tools and methodologies.

  • Facilitating effective communication between technical and business stakeholders & Promoting a collaborative culture across diverse teams and geographies.

   

What you can bring:  

  • Proven track record in managing regulatory, compliance, and IT projects in international settings.

  • Deep understanding of business processes, IT systems, and regulatory landscapes.

  • Hands-on experience with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
