Who we are looking for

As an organization we are dedicated to driving execution through our large-scale enterprise-wide strategic and regulatory priorities.  As we continue to expand our portfolio of projects and tackle increasingly complex challenges, we are seeking a strong Project Manager to support the PMO function for one of our high-impact programs in Italy, Project Diogene. 

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving strategic projects and regulatory commitments within the organization. This position is responsible for coordination across all GD workstreams, and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives. Key duties include tracking budgets and resources, documenting and escalating risks and mitigants, producing status report, maintenance of program library and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as being strong organizer and administrator.

Reporting to the Diogene GD Program Director, you will be responsible for tracking cross-functional priorities and ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and in line with our strategic and regulatory commitments. 

What you will be responsible for

  • Maintain the GD Diogene program plan, monitor progress against plan and escalate as necessary

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordination, identifying and documenting interdependencies among programs and across organizational departments.

  • Create the materials for  senior-level program reviews, status reports and other program related communication as needed

  • Track resource time allocation and monitor actuals against plan on Clarity

  • Create and maintain GD Diogene program library, TEAMS channel and SharePoint site with efficient catalogue of data and document

  • Strong relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to work across global teams

  • Flexibility and pragmatism

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • 7 plus years of financial services and/or project management experience

  • Strong PC skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

  • Expertise with project management methodology and tools and experienced with budget and cost tracking would be an advantage
