Main responsibilities include:
· Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
· Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
· Report and escalate to management as needed, providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
· Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned to improve future project management processes.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of BD Rowa's products and services to effectively guide project implementation.
About you
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare, automation, or pharmaceutical industry.
· Proven working experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects.
· Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is a plus.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
· PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
· Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
