Learnvia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the coordination and delivery of projects that support the successful development and implementation of Learnvia’s digital courseware and related technologies. This role ensures smooth collaboration between course developers, subject matter experts, and technical stakeholders to deliver quality educational solutions that meet strategic goals.
The Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership, product and research teams, and contractors to guide projects from planning through completion. The position requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, experience managing client relationships, and skill in aligning project execution with business priorities.
Core responsibilities include:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and governance structures.
- Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client and organizational objectives.
- Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate resources and manage priorities across product, content, and technical teams.
- Partner with senior management to allocate staff and tools needed for project success.
- Oversee day-to-day execution to maintain efficiency and accountability across teams.
Contractor Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for contractor communications throughout project lifecycles.
- Build and sustain strong relationships by providing clear updates, addressing issues promptly, and aligning deliverables with client expectations.
- Manage escalation of challenges and ensure effective resolution through collaboration and transparency.
Implementation and Delivery
- Oversee the full delivery process from kickoff through client acceptance.
- Ensure deliverables meet both functional and educational quality standards.
- Manage change requests, timelines, and resources while maintaining scope and client satisfaction.
Risk and Quality Management
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and communication.
- Maintain project quality through adherence to Learnvia’s internal standards and continuous improvement processes.
- Support lessons-learned initiatives to strengthen future project performance.
Strategic and Business Support
- Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to align project outcomes with Learnvia’s strategic objectives.
- Support pre-sales discussions by sharing relevant project insights and implementation considerations.
- Provide feedback that helps inform product development and future roadmap planning.

You should demonstrate:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies and comfort working in dynamic, matrixed environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; background in business, communication, or technology preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in software, SaaS, or digital learning environments.
- Proven success leading client-facing projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of education technology or digital publishing preferred.
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.
