The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support in execution of IC projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company procedures, contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
2. You will ensure to support in key tasks as such as Handovers from Sales, Initiate project reviews, Kickoff project internally, Develop project execution plan, Identify and assess risks, Plan document control, Control changes, Collection, Invoice,
Manage project close-out, Identify OPQ and resulting process improvement opportunities, Transmit and archive final documentation, Contract closure and Handovers to customer.
3. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Required with 5+ years of project management experience.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
