Why This Role Matters:

The project manager will work to facilitate the kickoff of new projects by gaining a complete understanding of the project scope, communicate the project requirements to the development team, and continually manage the project to deliver high-quality applications on time and under budget.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Work with the business analysts to have a full understanding of the project scope as defined by the client and then communicate the project requirements to the developers
  • Manage the workflow of tasks
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and responsible for the coordination of client meetings
  • Be keenly aware of what work is being done daily by each project team member and ensure that the project team is well coordinated
  • Consolidate and communicate daily update to production delivery and operations on a weekly basis

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in the Tech sector particularly with software development
  • Familiar with software development lifecycle principles and are passionate about making processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and can communicate across all levels of management
  • Ability and maturity to make decisions and own them
  • Able to manage and influence project team members and work with people
  • Highly metrics/data driven
