SmarterDx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing organization and provide oversight on initiatives being led by the Customer Success team.
Most of our day-to-day customers are clinical documentation improvement specialists and coders at US health systems. Supporting their work is an essential component of what we do at SmarterDx, and in this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and providing progress updates on internal projects according to the Customer Success team’s near and long-term priorities.
You will partner with Customer Success leads to define project objectives and oversee delivery and updates throughout each project’s life cycle. A key aspect of this role involves providing clear, concise, and timely updates to executive stakeholders and proactively escalating delays and roadblocks.
**This role is fully remote within the US, preferably working Central or Eastern business hours**
$110,000 - $130,000 salary + equity incentives
