As a Project Manager, you will represent and coordinate project business readiness tasks in an Agile framework for Sales and Operations. You will be assigned to projects of medium to high complexity and will identify the impacts and changes required across all representative teams to support proposed initiative. You will develop the plans and approach regarding how the changes will be implemented within Sales and Ops business teams.
Contract Term: 12 months
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, Project Management II - Business Operations.
End-to-end accountability for successful project delivery in Sales and Operations, including technology and business readiness deliverables and change management activities.
Project Governance: Collect information for business review and ensure full visibility and feasibility across the business teams.
Communicate project vision and goals with partners to achieve these objectives.
Lead project teams in achieving project success; facilitate problem-solving efforts to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, manage end-user impact, reduce cost and increase project efficiency.
Support feasibility studies, analysis and documentation of data and processes and provide estimates of work effort and duration on assigned projects.
On assigned Agile initiatives:
Review Epics, Stories, Tasks, Agile Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog,
Participate in required Sprint Ceremonies.
Monitor & review of Sprint backlog to assess upcoming planned deliverables.
Create tasks and tracking their completion.
Contributing to the success of Projects, for example, by leading continuous improvement initiatives and providing guidance to Associate Project Managers on the team.
3+ years of experience in a project management capacity in Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile.
Experience in Process Improvement or business consulting is a great asset.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to fit issues in with our corporate goals and priorities.
Able to drive consensus among multiple team members and be able to influence.
An appreciation of end-user requirements, specifically the ability to see the big picture and understand the need of all stakeholders.
PMP Certification or equivalent is considered a strong asset.
Change Management Certification is considered a strong asset.
Agile certification is considered a strong asset.
