Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of cross-functional projects that are critical to Auris growth and operational stability, including post-carve-out integration initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project charters, workplans, and timelines; manage milestones and dependencies; ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to align project objectives, roles, and deliverables.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain RAID logs, decision trackers, and project status updates; prepare executive-level reports for the PMO and senior leadership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and interdependencies; escalate as appropriate with recommendations for resolution.
  • Change Management & Communication: Support the rollout of new processes, systems, and employee-facing programs with clear communication and adoption strategies.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage external partners and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process efficiencies, lessons learned, and best practices to mature the PMO function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects (ideally in fintech, payroll, HR tech, or SaaS).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in carve-out, integration, or transformation projects strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Lucidchart, MS Project, Confluence).

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
