Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Business Operations team located in Portland, OR.
The selected candidate will support site capital planning as we bring in equipment to support future rates.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Site Capital Long Range Business Plan
Coordinate with capital stakeholders to justify, review and finalize LRBP prioritization.
Establishing Capital Commitment Forecast
Define & Establish Baseline Project Plans
Facilitate and finalize the timely submittal of capital funding request for asset procurement
Support FAB Investment Board (FIB) Deliverables and Site, Capability and FIB Monthly Report out
Integration with Capital Expenditure Focal
Manage capital rate readiness through capital procurement and deferment opportunities
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project or program management
3+ years of experience working in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor degree in Business field is preferable
Familiarity with Project Management Fundamentals
