A career in our Tax Reporting and Strategy practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients’ tax departments redesign, redefine, and redeploy tax to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You’ll focus on assisting clients incorporate increased automation in the tax reporting process, increase analytic capabilities through data integration, and create solid internal controls that will enable the Tax function to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making.

Minimum Degree Required

Advanced student of Business Administration -Accounting or Engineering
 

Minimum Years of Experience

3 years of relevant experience

Required Knowledge/Skills

Oral and written proficiency in English required

Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to organize, plan, and drive complex multi-team initiatives.
Ability to manage risks, issues, and escalations across several applications simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Comfortable working in audit-heavy environments with recurring annual cycles

Nice to have Skills

Understanding of agile delivery practices (not required to perform SM duties).
Experience with governance, security reviews, or technical compliance processes (not required but helpful).
Familiarity with audit frameworks like SOC reports or internal control documentation. (SOX - ISO - Internal audit)


 

Job & Responsibilities

Will work with an assigned portfolio at Tax Support:
Governance & Security Program Management: Coordinate governance activities across Tax Innovation applications, manage the SOC process year-round, monitor audits, and ensure timely delivery of evidence.
Project Management Execution: Lead projects end-to-end by defining scope, creating plans, tracking milestones and risks; maintain documentation and escalate blockers when needed.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with teams and SMEs to validate deliverables, facilitate communication between technical areas and leadership, and prepare status reports.
AI Governance Program Support: Oversee the AI Governance program, ensuring compliance with global standards and tracking policy milestones related to governed applications.
