The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a hard-working mission minded individual who possesses expertise/experience as a Project Integrator/Manager. The selected candidate will manage and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. This position will be one of multiple Project Integrators/Managers for a mission focused team, providing critical technical, administrative, and operational oversight to assigned projects and tasks. The candidate is responsible for overseeing multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
o Manager for a team of Project Integrators
o Provide overarching program management support
o Manage project schedules and system deployment tracking and coordination
o Attends and contributes to Sponsor related project control gates that utilize Project Management Framework (PMF)
o Track Team/Project Action Items in Customer's PM Tool
o Facilitate/monitor project purchasing, documentation and research
o Develop project schedules, timelines and coordinate/communicate with Customer, field site point of contacts and team members
o Initiate/follow up with field communications as necessary
o Develop and present briefings
o Produce Project Management Review (PMR) slides for weekly review
o Leverage experience across the Customer organization, Group, and external offices to complete project deliverables
o Create/update project documentation to include PMF deliverables
o Coordinate with Customer’s security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation
o Manage resource/office access requirements


Qualifications:

Required: 

o Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as required
o Minimum of 16 years of related experience
o Experience managing multiple priorities and completing administrative functions
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment
o Experience working within Customer's Project Management Framework (PMF)
o Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to schedule
o Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies and processes
o Project Organization/tracking
o Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met
o Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
o Highly mission oriented
o Top Secret/SCI w/Poly Required


Desired:

o ITIL Certifications
o PMP Certifications
o Understanding of Wide Area Networking concepts and technologies
o Understanding of service management and delivery best practices

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,200
