ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Civil or environmental discipline with a focus on water/wastewater is preferred, but not required.
Must have or obtain an Engineer in Training Certificate within two years of employment.
Three or more years of experience in water and wastewater is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: (Examples below)
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
Strong interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, persuasion, cooperation)
The ability to effectively coordinate and keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft Office software Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. required.; experience with PROCORE, GIS, Bluebeam, AutoCAD and coding a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment
Familiarity with PA Department of Environmental Protection regulations and permitting process preferred
