As a Project Engineer within Air Liquide Medical, you will help deliver and manage projects within the Medical Gas team from A to Z.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Your responsabilities:
- Realize construction of Medical gas Projects in accordance with the drawings, budget and prescriptions
- Realize savings and generate efficiencies in realising these projects
- Cost price calculations and negotiations
- Follow up tenders
- Realize offers with respect to internal and external standards
- Negotiate with subcontractors and realise budget optimisation with suppliers
- Determine the risk category to be applied to PED Module and risk analysis in the different phases of the project
- Control of the building site with a critical view on safety, timing, orders, planning, ...
- Perform quality and safety checks and realise the projects in accordance with ALM rules and standards
- Optimize ressources and organize in order to fulfill the general planning
- Make best choices, react and manage priorities
- Feedback to technical department hospitals, Engineering Department
- Organise analysis, testing and commissioning before project handover to end-user
- Realize as build design and as built file for end-user
