Key Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with project partners, stakeholders, consultants, etc. to ensure the achievement of each project milestone effectively.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals involved in the project, including consultants, technical specialists, contractors, and administrative staff.
- Assist the project team to ensure high-quality performance toward achieving the project goals.
- Assist the project team according to the HR policies and procedures related to the Grant project.
- Strong decision-making skills to make timely and informed decisions regarding project strategies, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and actively engage in networking events, fostering strong connections with potential partners and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including grant providers, government agencies, local communities, and partner organizations
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the terms and conditions outlined in the grant agreement/contract agreements, including financial, programmatic, and reporting requirements.
Required Education & Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development Studies or Community development with 3 years of experience in community development, programme/project management, or coordination within a complex, international organization or Diploma in Social Sciences, International Development Studies or Community development with 5 years of experience in community development.
- preferably in the context of an international non-governmental organization (INGO), is required. Additionally, a proven track record of experience in coordinating construction-related or development grant projects is considerable.
