TW Corporate Full Time

Project Coordinator

Austin, TX (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office)
Department: Central Operations
Reports To: Senior Director, Business Operations

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager (or Project Coordinator) to join our Austin-based operations team. In this hybrid role, you’ll support a wide range of internal projects — spanning process improvements, technology rollouts, cross-departmental initiatives, and change management efforts — that drive efficiency and alignment across Togetherwork.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of relevant experience who’s ready to take ownership of project coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking in a dynamic SaaS and payments environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track internal operational and technology projects across departments (Product, GTM, Finance, HR, and Customer Success).
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and documentation.
  • Support project managers and department leaders with status reporting, risk tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Facilitate recurring project stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, capturing key decisions and next steps.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows.
  • Help identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across teams.
  • Maintain visibility on milestones and metrics to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company priorities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or business analysis — ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project or Monday.com.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills — comfortable interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Basic understanding of software development cycles, internal systems, or change management processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • PMP Certification preferred

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid work schedule: 2–3 days a week in our Austin, TX office.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to senior leadership and high-impact projects that shape Togetherwork’s future.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and career development.
