Location: Pune, India

Role Description

The Project & Change Lead coordinates between different functions such as PMO, operations, ITAO and assists on compliance topics. This position ensures that financial activities are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project goals. The coordinator supports budgeting and reporting, while also assisting in project scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation.

  • The Project & Change Lead manages delivery of project tasks, orchestrates stakeholder alignment and ensures appropriate and consistent application of the project management frameworks.
  • These services are provided to assist the organization in achieving the intended outputs and outcomes of the relevant projects and programs.
  • Assist the application Governance and compliances from application standpoint

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Project Level Governance control procedures for managing portfolio wide initiatives such as Budgeting, Milestones & Benefits Tracking, Change Control, financials and portfolio development and maintenance.
  • Financial and resource planning, forecasting and status tracking across the Authorization CTB initiatives, ensuring they are on targets and providing feedback for variances of actuals vs forecast/plan.
  • Vendor process management and support for contract management.
  • Order management and submission and actively managing orders incl. invoice management.
  • Produce Project Level reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria (set milestone delivery, cost, schedule, risks, issues, and benefits).
  • Enterprise IT governance: Review current and proposed information systems for compliance with the organization’s obligations (including legislation, regulatory, contractual and agreed standards/policies) and adherence to overall strategy. Provides specialist advice to those accountable for governance to correct compliance issues.
  • Information security: Communicate information security risks and issues to business managers and others. Performs basic risk assessments for small information systems. Contributes to vulnerability assessments. Applies and maintains specific security controls as required by organizational policy and local risk assessments. Investigates suspected attacks. Responds to security breaches in line with security policy and records the incidents and action taken.

Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience in governing projects to successful conclusions
  • Demonstrable experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods. Sound knowledge of Program/Project Management domain & methodologies
  • Hands-On experience with Key Project Management Functions such as Milestones, Status Reporting, Change Control, Budgets/Financials, Benefits Tracking etc. Resourcing/Resource Utilization, Prepping for Governance/Steering Committee meetings etc.
  • Hands-On experience of Project Management tools preferably Clarity PPM, Ariba, JIRA, other Kanban tools, etc.
  • Hands-On experience of enhancing and maintaining collaborative tools such as Sharepoint Online Site, Confluence etc.
  • Hands-on understanding of risk frameworks, control environments and application governance.
