Location: Vandalia, OH
As our next Project and R& D Coordinator, you’ll support the Global Disruptive Innovation (GDI) Division in advancing early-stage opportunities, building customer relationships, and documenting market insights across key technology areas. You will act as a bridge between internal engineering teams in Asia and customers in North America and Europe, ensuring technical development aligns with market needs.
• Serve as a liaison between engineering teams in China and customers in the U.S. and EU
• Support early-stage innovation opportunities, including customer engagement and proposal coordination
• Coordinate follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
• Develop foundational skills in commercial processes such as pricing and opportunity assessment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience with global teams
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Initiative, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly in technical business settings
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
