About the Role: 

To drive operational excellence and campaign orchestration across the Segment Marketing function, ensuring go-to-market plans are executed with clarity, consistency, and alignment to business priorities. This role plays a key part in connecting segment strategy to delivery, streamlining cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the timely execution of major initiatives and planning cycles. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive end-to-end project planning for ALF segment campaigns 

  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing touchpoints across Field, ACE, and Solutions teams 

  • Develop and maintain timelines, trackers, and templates to support campaign execution 

  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM programs and product launches 

  • Oversee planning and execution of segment tracks at major user conferences including post-event follow-up 

  • Support onboarding of major innovation initiatives 

  • Build dashboards and executive reports to track progress, ROI, and efficiency metrics 

  • Recommend tooling improvements for Monday.com and planning processes 

  • Serve as operational bridge across Segment, Solutions, Field, ACE, Revenue Enablement, and Shared Services 

  • Facilitate meetings, manage status updates, and maintain risk logs and escalation frameworks 

 

 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years in project or program management in B2B marketing, GTM, or transformation roles 

  • Proven experience working in complex matrixed organisations across multiple global teams 

  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) 

  • Effective communicator and facilitator across stakeholder groups and seniority levels 

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, with a strategic lens on how execution drives business outcomes 

  • Knowledge of SaaS, higher education, or academic research sectors is a plus

If performed in New York, the pay range is $58,100 - $96,800. If performed in New York City, the pay range is $60,700 - $101,200. If performed in Rochester, NY, the pay range is $50,100 - $83,600.
