What You’ll Do:
Manage multiple programs or projects of moderate to high complexity independently.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, scopes, schedules, and governance frameworks.
Drive tactical execution while balancing shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Monitor and mitigate program risks, ensuring consistent progress and delivery success.
Communicate program status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to anticipate challenges, remove barriers, and drive accountability.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
Continuously improve program management practices to enhance consistency and effectiveness across teams.
Facilitate alignment across business functions and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business value.
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to design, develop, and execute large-scale programs with measurable results.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and solve problems proactively and independently.
Proficiency with program management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
Leadership skills to influence without authority and inspire collaboration across teams.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (preferred).
PMP or PgMP certification (preferred).
Pay Range: $109,650 - $146,175 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
