Program Manager/ Project Manager

Philippines-Bonifacio Global City-Taguig Full time

Responsibilities​

  • Demonstrates knowledge of project management initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes.
  • Monitors performance and recommends scope, schedule, cost or resource adjustments; connects short-term demands to long-term implications, in alignment with the supporting business case
  • Prioritizes multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; communicates project status (health, forecast, issues, risks, etc.) to stakeholders in an open and honest fashion.
  • Effectively balances competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success
  • Connects project objectives to broader organizational goals
  • Establish, build and maintain key relationships, including cross functional teams.
  • Negotiates with stakeholders to obtain the resources necessary for successful project execution
  • Develops and maintains integrated deployment plan, spanning multiple work streams
  • Coordinates among cross-functional tower owners to ensure cohesive alignment (talent acquisition, IT, facilities, project management, etc.) to overall program timeline and objectives
  • Triages any implementation issues, develop risk & issue log and create mitigation plan(s)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+  years experience in project management required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • PMP certified preferred.
  • Presentation skills required; must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed plans
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
  • Willing to work US hours in a hybrid set up ( BGC)
