As a Program Manager within our Success Organization, you will lead programs that directly impact customer experience and business growth in the US and Europe. You’ll drive delivery excellence for our most strategic clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams ensuring adherence to PMO governance standards utilizing approved project management methodologies to drive consistency and quality. Responsibilities:
- Lead Success Programs/Engagements, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Develop, analyze and maintain accurate schedules in partnership with customers and internal teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and Calix resources, providing guidance and direction to program team members
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identify, analyze, and resolve deviations
- Track and report on PMO-defined metrics and KPIs
- Prepare, distribute, and present program status reports to diverse audiences including senior executive teams
- Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues in accordance with PMO risk management frameworks
- Track and report on financial performance, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction targets
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer centricity
- Own all program exceptions, escalations, conflict resolutions, and lead communication with clients
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and change management strategies in alignment with PMO guidelines
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years or more Project/Program Management experience with enterprise class software and hardware implementation delivery
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, change management, presentation, and customer engagement skills, including financial and business acumen
- Demonstrated record of success in previous positions
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Excels at learning quickly and adapting to change
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience working with Communications Service Providers and Partners (e.g. VARs, CEs, OSS/BSS)
- Proven track record of meeting project/program deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and work autonomously as well as lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point
- Ability to effectively communicate at customer, management, and senior levels
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Calix product knowledge
- Proficient knowledge in SAAS, IP, ATM, and/or TDM internetworking, switching or transmission
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational change management, with certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP, CSM, or equivalent)
- Experience partnering with Success Account Managers
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification

- This is a remote-based position that can be located in the United States or Canada with East Coast preferred.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
