Salary: $ 120,700-$174,300

Your Challenge:
Develops and manages comprehensive program plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensures alignment with organizational strategies and objectives. (20%)
Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core programs. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. (20%)
Creates a method of change management including ownership of a documentation library, communication plans, process training, etc. (20%)
Oversees program management tasks and develops standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. (20%)
Exercises judgment and delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs. (20%)
What You Bring:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
Fosters a collaborative work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Possesses project management, negotiation, transaction structuring internal transaction, and strategic planning skills
Minimum Education Requirements:
A university degree in Engineering
PMP desired
