MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Program Manager Assistant at GDIT, you'll make a significant impact on the mission of the 1st TSC MSS by providing vital support through the following:
Command and control of program contractor personnel.
Verification of contractor personnel, work hours, schedules.
When potential vacancies arise (scheduled or unscheduled), the Contractor Program Manager shall recruit, select, and negotiate retention when requested.
Interpret established Army, theater, and command policy to ensure contractor team compliance.
Review and ensure compliance with the PWS making recommendations for changes where appropriate.
Assess/Remediate performance of personnel by means of close liaison with Government functional leads.
Accomplish corrective actions/counseling where warranted.
Provide advice, guidance, and counsel to contract personnel.
Ensure all US Army and Contractor training requirements are met by all contract personnel.
Provide monthly contract status reports
Quality assurance reviews and checks.
Track and monitor performance metrics.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your supply chain and program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Manager Assistant must have:
●Ten years of experience in logistics and supply chain management at a Brigade Level or higher.
●Three years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the USCENTCOM AOR.
●Possess clear understanding and comprehension of current and projected financial, logistical and support concepts at the Corps and Theater levels.
●Possess a familiarity in retail and wholesale supply systems, functions, and policies at the strategic level.
●Possess senior level (Brigade or Higher) knowledge and understanding of certain systems and how they tie in together for research: GFEBS, FCM, LIW, ASEIP, SAAS-MOD, GCSS-A.
● Must have a minimum DoD SECRET Clearance
● Must be able to meet CENTCOM medical and deployment standards
60 hour work week w/ OT after the first 48 hours.
