Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program/Project Manager to lead and manage key initiatives within our programmatic and data team. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the integration and operation of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), launch of products, managing Data Management Platform (DMP) operations and ensuring smooth delivery of key measurement and analytics integrations. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality execution.
The ideal candidate will have a background in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and experience managing complex projects related to ad tech integrations and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects related to ad product launches, SSP integrations, DMP operations, and measurement solutions.
- Support the team lead with defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the team in managing timelines and resource allocation for projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and risk assessments, in collaboration with your team members and team lead.
- Ad-Server and SSP Integration & Deal Troubleshooting:
- Oversee the integration of SSPs, ensuring technical and operational readiness for programmatic buying.
- Develop best practices and guidelines for efficient setup and troubleshooting across the Ad-Server and SSPs.
- DMP & Data Operations:
- Oversee the operations of the Data Management Platform (DMP), ensuring timely delivery of audience segmentation, data collection, and activation.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure that integrations with third-party measurement and analytics platforms are seamless and meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication & Consulting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, partners, and vendors regarding programmatic integrations, providing expert consultation and guidance on setup, best practices, and ongoing performance.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project progress and priorities.
- Translate technical requirements into business terms and ensure stakeholders understand project implications and expected outcomes.
- Measurement & Analytics Integration:
- Oversee the integration of measurement solutions, ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ad campaigns and audience data.
- Work closely with third-party measurement vendors (e.g., Nielsen, comScore) and internal analytics teams to ensure alignment on goals and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the advertising or digital media industry.
- Proven experience in managing programmatic advertising projects, including SSP and DSP integrations.
- Experience in data platforms (DMPs, CDPs) and with third-party measurement and analytics solutions.
Skills:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and ad serving technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with programmatic tools and platforms.
Preferred:
- Experience in the streaming or OTT industry.
- Certifications or formal training in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on programmatic and data operations.
Shift Timings:- 11.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST
