About the job
Goods & Services is looking for a Program Director to to lead the strategic delivery of high-impact digital initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end program success—from discovery and planning through execution and optimization. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with executive stakeholders to deliver outcomes that drive measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences. You will oversee the coordination of multiple initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
Location: Onsite in Greenville, plus one-week per month travel to Mexico City.
What you’ll do:
- Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital programs, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, budgets, and strategic outcomes.
- Client Partnership: Act as a senior advisor and main point of contact for executive stakeholders, fostering trust and driving long-term client value.
- Portfolio Oversight: Lead multiple concurrent engagements across disciplines including UX/UI design, product strategy, engineering, and data.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, reviews, and strategic checkpoints.
- Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate delivery risks, resolve escalations, and implement proactive mitigation strategies across programs.
- Resource & Capacity Planning: Collaborate with discipline leads to allocate resources, manage utilization, and ensure delivery readiness.
- Delivery Governance: Establish program governance models, standardize processes, and champion delivery excellence across all workstreams.
- Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and success metrics; deliver executive-level reporting on financials, timelines, velocity, and value delivered.
What you’ll need:
- 15+ years of experience in program management or client delivery within a digital agency, consultancy, or technology services firm.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar programs with distributed teams and enterprise clients.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of digital strategy, product development, data, and technology delivery.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing program budgets, margins, and contract performance.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking and proactive communication.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- MBA or equivalent leadership experience.
- PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications.
