Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will draft and execute the technical and programmatic scope of relevant contractual vehicles, work requests, task orders, and Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR).
  • You will develop detailed project execution plans including work breakdown structures, schedules, formal task descriptions, deliverables, etc.;
  • You will review requisition requirements and determine the appropriate method of procurement; develop procurement plans and schedules.
  • You will assist in the preparation of solicitation documents; review the use of specified clauses, terms, and stipulations, including those regarding data rights.
  • You will assist in the development of sole source justification and authorities, or otherwise, market research and competition strategies; assist in the scheduling and completion of contractual fact finding activities.
  • You will liaises with the representatives of specified Prime Contractors, subcontractors (where applicable and permitted), and other manufacturers and technical services providers with respect to contractual execution.
  • You will liaise and supports various stakeholders in the formulation and execution of requirements, planning factors, and budgets necessary to support design, development, production, and test and evaluation.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and managing contract pre-award activities and deliverables, analyze contract cost and schedule data to identify issues, forecast future financial execution and make relevant recommendations, reporting post-award activities and deliverables in support of the requirements owners; and preparing procurement requests (PRs) in a Enterprise Resource Planning System to execute contract actions for acquisition planning and management.
