Roles and Responsibilities

- Installing and configuring internal systems and infrastructures.

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software-related technical issues.

- Responding to end-user support requests and providing technical assistance.

- Planning system updates and upgrades in line with client requirements.

- Performing regular maintenance and system checks to ensure operational continuity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with the installation and management of Dell and HP servers and storage systems.

- Knowledge of hyper-converged systems, SAN, virtualization technologies, and virtual system management.

- Proficiency in technical English, especially for understanding documentation.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills; effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
