Propel is an enterprise Product Value Management solution built on the Salesforce platform that delivers full PLM, QMS, PIM, and NPI solutions to customers in High-Tech Electronics, Medical Device, Semiconductor and Consumer Electronics verticals. The Professional Services team activates the ROI for Propel customers by implementing their purchased solution, either in-house or in conjunction with SI partners. This a high-performance team staffed primarily by mid-career professionals with domain SME in PLM, QMS, and enterprise systems deployment. ROLE
As a Solution Consultant, you will work on the Professional Services team as a SME by leading the implementation of the Salesforce platform-based Propel solution for new and existing customers. You’ll use your experience with consulting and project delivery to execute the project end-to-end in conjunction with other members of the Professional Services team as well as SI Partners to deliver it on time, budget, and quality. The nature of implementations may involve enhancing existing customers’ Propel deployments to cover additional business processes, adding users and functions from additional business units, and facilitating integrations to other business systems.
This involves leading business process workshops to map the customer's business requirements against Propel's supported features and functionality to recommend optimal solutions and perform hands-on configuration to satisfy their use case. You will deliver product training to the customers' end users and administrators, and also work closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management teams to identify opportunities for enhancements and accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements. You will play a meaningful role in connecting the services and customer success organizations, ensuring that we are differentiating the Propel services and delivery approach while ensuring our customers are set up to be successful and meet business objectives.
