Job Description
Production Supervisor
Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the manufacture of IKO roofing shingles while maintaining high standards for safety and quality. This requires solid knowledge of high-speed manufacturing processes and the ability to engage and motivate employees.

Job Responsibilities
Provide strong manufacturing leadership to engage employees and drive a productive work environment.
Promote a proactive safety culture; investigate near-misses, injuries, and hazards, and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with Company and OSHA standards; conduct safety inspections and support safety programs.
Deliver training, cross-training, and employee development for safety, quality, and production procedures.
Lead regular crew meetings to communicate updates on safety, quality, production, and plant performance.
Collaborate with Supervisors to achieve plant SQDCP performance metrics.
Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues, eliminate root causes, and sustain corrective actions.
Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching to enhance skills.
Manage production scheduling, time and attendance in Workday, and prepare shift reports.
Job Qualifications
High-speed manufacturing experience preferred.
Supervisory experience of 3-5 years
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation and listening) and analytical skills
Proven track record of operational improvement through employee engagement.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office preferred.
