The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed shop floor schedules that translate the production plan into sequenced and time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production, planning, materials, and logistics teams to ensure the efficient flow of work orders, minimize downtime, and support on-time delivery of OEM products.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager, the Production Scheduler focuses on short-term scheduling execution, resource balancing, and real-time adjustments to maintain operational alignment with production goals.
The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently and precision matters.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support. Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
Travel: up to 10% depending on business needs
Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
