Your Role
In your daily job you will:
• Responsible for plant long term planning, short term planning, shipping related job
负责工厂的长期规划、短期规划、运输相关工作
• Contact with the customer, convey the information to the relevant departments of the company
日常联系客户了解需求，传达信息给公司相关部门
• Receive/Analysis customer forecast and order, and give discount proposal
接受/分析客户预测和订单，并给出打折建议
• Hold demand review meeting every week, at the same time report to customer if necessary
实施分析和评定（MPS）流程，如有必要时，将厂内的资源状况（物料、产能和人员爬坡能力等）及时反映给客户部门
• Generate/upload MPS weekly based on demand review meeting strategy
根据预测评审会议策略，每周生成和上传MPS
• Generate daily production plan, follow production status
生成每日生产计划，跟踪生产状态
• Monitor Schedule attainment
考核生产每日生产计划完成情况
• Tracking customer production changes, adjust the production plan on time
跟踪客户的生产变化，及时调整生产计划。
• If meet an emergency, contact the relevant departments to formulate emergency plan
紧急情况，联系相关部门制定应急计划。
• Monitor FG inventory daily.
每日监控成品库存的情况
• Check FG min & max benchmark monthly.
每月核对成品min & max标准.
• Follow shipment and reconciliation
跟踪发运和对账
• Focus on customer demand，understand customer forecast
关注客户需求，有效了解客户预测
• Inventory control, take action to keep reasonable inventory
库存控制，采取措施保持合理库存
• Key metrics analysis and improve
关键指标分析和改进
• New project introduction and EOP project follow up
新项目介绍和EOP项目跟进
• EOP control，make FG waste less than 1 SPQ.
业务EOP控制，保证成品剩余小于1标包。
• Implement company regulations and OS standards
执行公司规定及OS的标准
• Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.
遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。
Your Background
Basic qualifications 基本条件
Analytical skills and coordination ability
分析能力与协调能力
Have strong sense of responsibility and determination work under pressure
强烈的责任心和在压力下工作的决心
Bachelor degree or above by normal university degree, fluent in spoken and written English
正规大学本科以上学历，流利的英文听说读写
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件
The full understand of MRP and experience of SAP system
对MRP的深刻理解和SAP系统全面的经验
Have good communication skill
良好交流沟通能力
Have three years’ experience in auto industry production plan actual operation and management experience
三年以上汽车行业生产计划实际操作与管理经验
