Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Manage production documentation, including preparation, reconciliation, and timely submission of batch records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize resource utilization to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Basic Qualification:
- Pharm-D is required for this role.
- 2-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in documentation and report writing.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Experience in a supervisory role within a production or packaging environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar systems for inventory and production management.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership abilities to mentor and guide teams.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

This is an on-site role based in Pakistan.
