Position Overview

As a Production Engagement Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring seamless execution of complex campaigns and content initiatives. Your role focuses on operational excellence, and building strong client partnerships to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.

In addition, you will play a key role in digital optimization and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO), bridging the gap between creative and media teams to ensure assets are tailored for performance. This includes app integration and leveraging technology to streamline workflows. It’s critical that you understand what is realistic within the media buy, ensuring creative concepts align with platform specifications, targeting strategies, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for production-related activities across multiple projects.

  • Align creative and technical teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.

  • Manage production schedules, and vendor relationships.

  • Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Drive process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality.

  • Maintain strong client engagement, providing clear updates and managing expectations.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in production management or operations within creative or marketing environments.

  • Deep understanding of production workflows across digital, social, and experiential channels.

  • Skilled in resource planning and vendor coordination.

  • Proficiency in production and project management tools.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.

Additional information: The salary range for this position is $115K-125k CAD. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
