Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator. This position is a liaison between field customer service representatives and production operations.


Your Responsibilities:
• Review order specifications provided from sales/customer service/customer
• Communicate via voice and email to ensure orders are processed correctly
• Resolve order discrepancies with sales/customer service/customer
• Ensure high level of accuracy for all data and information provided to manufacturing
• Data Entry in Star, Tops, and local ERP system
• Generate and prepare production work orders for manufacturing floor
• Work closely with office, manufacturing, and shipping personnel
• Manage and file all documentation
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Your Shift:
• 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday


You Must Have:
• Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
• Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel


Requirements Within This Position:
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)


We Would Also Prefer:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related/relevant experience to position preferred
