Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Assembly and Support I.
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform hand operations such as labeling, cutting, wrapping, and using tape dispensers
• Operate foot controls where needed for repetitive flexion tasks
• Pack and inspect products, ensuring boxes are taped, sealed, and ready for shipment
• Stack, pack, and transport printed materials as they come off equipment
• Read and follow job instructions to complete orders accurately
• Maintain regular attendance and work effectively with teammates, supervisors, and vendors
• Float across departments as needed to support production
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
Your Shift:
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
You Must Have:
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and order specs
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals)
• Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions
Requirements Within This Position:
• Ability to communicate clearly so information is understood
• Regular periods of stationary work
• Frequent movement within the facility
• Regular operation of machinery and handling of printed materials
• Ability to move 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, carry)
