What You Will Do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Permian market.
Manage existing customer relationships and expand our client base.
Drive market share growth
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Analyze sales data and provide accurate sales forecasts to the manufacturing and operations team
Drive innovative marketing strategics to continue to promote Norris as a leading sucker rod supplier
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the oil and gas sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing.
Collaborate with cross opco and organization teams to leverage strengths
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
Lead and motivate the Permian sales team to achieve targets.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.
Oversee the timely delivery of the Norris product line, including Sucker Rods, Couplings, Polished Rods, Guides, and well servicing tools.
Collaborate closely with our manufacturing facility to ensure production schedules align with customer demands.
Support Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP) Process.
Manage inventory levels across our operations, optimizing stock availability while minimizing excess.
Focus on reducing D level inventory and manage healthy inventory levels across all locations.
Lead strategic investment initiatives for our warehouses and guiding facilities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Coordinate all aspects of product delivery, shipping, and warehousing.
Work closely with the Safety Coordinator to communicate safety issues, follow up on incidents, and identify hazards.
Facilitate a strong CI Culture.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and coordinate deliveries to customers.
Stay informed about changing market conditions and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
Manage OEE for all guiding facilities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, third-party contractors, vendors, and internal ChampionX teams.
Foster strong relationships to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
Review and process sales orders, invoices, addressing any discrepancies.
Assist with operations budgeting, collecting inputs from managers, and preparing monthly budget variance reports for leadership review.
If necessary, cover for the Branch Manager(s) during scheduled vacations or PTO.
Set clear goals and objectives for your team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
Manage turn over and employee development.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:

Four-year college or university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Valid driver's license in state of residence.
