We’re looking for a talented Product Owner / Tech Lead to join our newly formed Assetization Squad in Prague. This squad transforms proven AI use cases into reusable, scalable assets that deliver measurable business value. By collaborating with technical experts and business stakeholders, we ensure these solutions are practical, secure, and ready for global deployment.
Your impact at NN
You’ll lead the transformation of local and regional AI use cases into scalable, reusable solutions. By shaping the vision, strategy, and execution, you’ll ensure your squad delivers high-value, production-ready AI components that are adopted across business units. You’ll collaborate closely with the Group Asset Reuse Team (ART) to uphold standards, eliminate duplication, and foster a culture of reuse and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for assetization.
Translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories and prioritized backlogs.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery ceremonies for the squad.
Act as the single point of contact for asset users and stakeholders across BUs.
Ensure assets are designed for reusability, scalability, and compliance with CoE and ART standards.
Facilitate “forward deployment” by embedding with BU teams to validate and iterate on assets in real-world contexts.
Collaborate with ART to align on standards, share learnings, and avoid redundant development.
Evangelize assetization best practices and drive adoption across the organization.
Manage risks, dependencies, and regulatory compliance.
Track and report on KPIs, value delivered, and lessons learned.
What we expect from you
University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Agile/Scrum certification (e.g. CSPO, PSM) is a plus.
3–5+ years of experience in product management, technical leadership, or solution delivery within AI/ML or software engineering environments.
Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional tech products or platforms, ideally in international and matrixed organizations.
Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, software engineering principles, and cloud platforms — Azure preferred.
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps concepts, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic mindset and pragmatic execution.
